    Gladstone Gold Mine - $444,000

Although the Gladstone Mine is not currently in production, experts suggest gold ore still remains. In 1988 an in-depth mining engineering survey was conducted and it was concluded that “gold mineralization in vein structures occurs and can be consistent”. The report recommended further exploration; however, the cost would at least be $100,000. This report is available for review to qualified buyers.

The American Mine, which is adjacent to this property; and the Washington Mine, which is a few miles away…..are both currently in active production.

The Gladstone Mine property is located in the French Gulch Mining District of Northern California’s western Shasta County .

The offered property package consists of 19 adjacent patented lode mining claims. With names like Triumph, Pine, Helena , Giant, Hypo’s Dream and others, each claim is rectangular in shape (approx 600’ x 1500’) and is approximately 19-20 acres each for a total of 362 acres. Shasta County records indicate the 19 claims to be in 3 legal parcels.

Patened Mining Claim -
A patented mining claim is one for which the Federal Government has passed its title to the claimant, making it private land. A person may mine and remove minerals from a mining claim without a mineral patent. However, a mineral patent gives the owner exclusive title to the locatable minerals. It also gives the owner title to the surface and other resources.

This means: You own the Land as well as the minerals.
