Although not in use at the present time, an older ditch from Cindy Creek can be improved upon and used to flood irrigate the pastures. Additional irrigation water with riparian water rights may also be available from Brown's Creek.

So exactly where is this property?? Well....it is located in Northern California's scenic Trinity County (see maps on Photos Pg 2). Once you located the County Seat of the town of Weaverville, the ranch is approximately 6 1/2 miles...as the crow flys....south by southwest of the center of town on B Bar K Road.
Trinity County is a large, rugged and mountainous, heavily forested county located in the northwestern portion of the U.S. state of California, along the Trinity River and within the Salmon/Klamath Mountains. As of 2000 its population was 13,022. The county seat and largest town is Weaverville, at around 3500 people. There are no incorporated cities in Trinity County, and there is not a single traffic light. It is well over half the size of Connecticut; a little over 1/3 the size of New Jersey; or a little under 1/3 the size of Massachusetts.
