In addition, there is potential for solar energy.
Drinking and irrigation water is supplied by nearby natural spring water.
Easy access to the property is via a nice 1400' gravel road easement off a paved county road. Located at an ideal elevation of approximately 2800 feet...it offers cooler temperatures in the summer and is below the permanent snow of the winter. This elevation also offers the scenery found with the four seasons.
The property offers excellent privacy and seclusion AND is conveniently located close to shopping and schools. An elementary school is approximately 4 miles away.
